    I have ordered 2 of these for myself and then 1 for my mother's birthday. They are beautiful! Glass is thick and heavy. I haven't had them very long, but so far no problems with cold (19 degrees), rain, or snow. I bought a small string of fairy lights and inserted them into the ball through the stem - so they also look great at night.
